Membership community

Build Relationships.
Grow Your Business.
Move Forward Together.

Not another networking meeting. The Collective is a community built for connection, growth, and action — where participation turns introductions into relationships and relationships into opportunity.

What we're built on

01

Relationships

Meaningful connections built through consistency, new conversations, and shared experience.

02

Growth

Teaching from people actually doing the work in this market — not a rented keynote.

03

Implementation

Power Hours turn current challenges into useful input, specific support, and a clear next step.

04

Opportunity

Visibility inside a room of people who build, sell, lend, design, and serve locally.

Membership

A ladder, not a price list.

Five packages — Realtor, Business, Business Plus, Signature, Premier. Each one changes how much access and visibility you carry inside the chapter, not how good a deal you got.

Membership investment differs by city and by member type, and it changes as chapters grow. Tell us who you are and where you are, and we'll send the details that apply to your city and situation. No call is required to receive them, and there is no pressure.

In the room

“Trent is everyone's biggest cheerleader. He genuinely cares about every member and takes the time to know them. When I was planning my first event, I hit a wall. I was discouraged, doubting myself, and hearing from people who didn't think I could pull it off. I called Trent, and even though he barely knew me, he spent almost an hour on the phone helping me push past the imposter syndrome and the naysayers. That's who he is, and that's the heart of The Collective.”

Helena Klassen, Systematic AI

“If you are looking for a system that actually produces results, The Collective Network delivers. I've had several home loan opportunities over the last year and found a phenomenal network of vendors who help me serve my clients better. Beyond the business growth, my favorite part is simply the time spent chatting on a Tuesday with people I wouldn't normally meet. We are all pulling in the same direction, and working for the good of all involved.”

Grant Bickell, Neighborhood Loans, Inc.

“The Collective has been a great addition to the Wichita business community. Trent has created a welcoming space where local professionals come together, build genuine relationships, share ideas, and support one another. It goes well beyond exchanging business cards. Since joining, my business has truly flourished. Those connections have directly led to new opportunities and booked jobs, but the impact has reached far beyond growing my client list.”

Shae Regan, Shae's Point of View

Common questions

The questions people actually ask.

No spin. If something here doesn't answer it, ask us directly.

Are there limits on who can join?

Realtor, Business, and Business Plus memberships are open to everyone. Signature is limited to two members per industry, and Premier to one, so those levels stay exclusive.

Can I use the space?

Business Plus members can use our office during business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM, for small meetings or to work. Signature and Premier members can request expanded access, and we'll work out the details together.

What do Realtor members get?

Everything in The Collective, plus their own section of the Portal with Realtor forms, agent resources, and direct access to brokerage advice.

Why isn't pricing listed on the site?

Because it isn't one number. Investment differs by city and by member type, and posting a figure that's wrong for your situation helps no one. Fill out the short form and we'll send exactly what applies to you.

I already have a brokerage. Does this conflict with that?

No. The Collective isn't a brokerage and doesn't compete with one. Members keep every existing brokerage, vendor, and association relationship they have — this is education, community, and visibility layered on top.

What's the difference between Monday and Tuesday?

Mondays are for working on your business. Beginning in January 2027, members meet online every Monday. Most Mondays are Momentum Mondays: a check-in with your crew, a 30-minute Coach's Corner, a lead generation blitz, and one action to complete before next week. One Monday a month is Power Hour, built around member challenges and connections. Tuesday Forum combines expert content with relationship building, and Third Tuesday Socials create room to connect without an agenda. Mondays are members only. Forums and Socials are open to guests.

Is coaching part of membership?

No, and this is the most common mix-up. Membership is the community and the monthly rhythm. Coaching is a separate program with its own application, its own cost, and a six month commitment. You can do either without the other.

Do I have to attend every event?

No. Membership is there when you need it, and the room keeps moving either way. We focus on making every gathering worth showing up for — so when you can be there, you get real value out of it.

Do I have to be a member to attend an event?

Tuesday Forums and Third Tuesday Socials are open to guests. Guests are welcome up to two times for free; after that, we'll have a conversation about membership. Momentum Mondays and Monday Power Hour are members only.
