Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this site (the "Site"), operated by The Collective LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our service
The Collective is a membership community that provides gatherings, educational programming, member resources, and visibility within the membership. We are not a real estate brokerage, lender, title company, insurance agency, or any other settlement service provider, and we do not direct business among members. Membership does not include, promise, or guarantee referrals, leads, transactions, or any volume of business, and no portion of any membership fee is paid in exchange for the referral of settlement service business.
Membership
Membership is personal to the member and non transferable. Membership fees, terms, and included benefits vary by city and member type and are provided directly during the inquiry process. We may modify programming, schedules, and benefits as chapters develop. Members remain solely responsible for their own compliance with the laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and brokerage or employer policies that apply to them.
Coaching
Coaching is a separate paid program from membership, with its own enrollment process, fees, and commitment period. Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed. Specific program terms, including term length, are provided in the coaching agreement.
Events
Some gatherings are open to guests; others, including the Monday Growth Lab, are limited to members. Registration does not guarantee admission if capacity is reached.
Use of the Site
- You agree to provide accurate information when submitting any form.
- You agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, share member credentials, or extract member information for solicitation or commercial use.
SMS program terms (text messaging)
Program description. The The Collective SMS program sends membership inquiry follow up, event confirmations and reminders, coaching scheduling, service notifications, and occasional announcements related to our chapters. By submitting a form on the Site with your phone number and agreeing to our messaging terms, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from The Collective LLC.
Opt out instructions. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number you are messaging with. We will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS, after which you will no longer receive messages from us.
Rejoining instructions. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again using the same method you initially used to opt in. Upon re enrollment we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
Help instructions. If you experience any issues or need assistance with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP, or contact us directly at hello@thecollective.club.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our service. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. For privacy related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Compliance. This messaging service is intended to comply with all applicable carrier and industry regulations, including CTIA and TCPA guidelines. By participating, you confirm your consent to receive SMS communications under these standards, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non exclusive, royalty free license to display, edit for length or clarity, and distribute it on the Site and in our member communications. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content on this site is general information only and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Collective LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, attendance at any event, or any dealings between members.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
