AI
What AI is actually good for in a small business

The conversation around AI has become confusing. Some people treat it like magic. Others dismiss it entirely. The reality is much more boring and much more useful: AI is excellent at first drafts, summaries, formatting, and pattern recognition.
Where it helps most is the work that sits between a blank page and a finished product. Outlining an email, cleaning up meeting notes, sorting client feedback, brainstorming titles, writing job descriptions. These are real time sinks, and they do not need a human's best hours.
Where it helps least is anything that requires judgment, relationships, or accountability. It cannot replace your taste, your reputation, or the trust you have built with the people who pay you.
